aiDPSMeter - Launcher widget

Launcher widget checks current Aion Client updates and runs Aion Client with few additional options:

• "64 bit" and "32 bit": select Aion Client to start
• "Use Last Dump": reduce loading time after clint crash
• "Remove Shop Icon": remove shop icon on main screen and shop window with broker window
• "Compatibility Mode": select Compatibility Mode for Aion Client
• language: select language for Aion Client
• "Account\Password": define Account and Password to auto login
